    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for a driven, Junior Software Sales Associate to join our Pittsburgh-based team part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

     

    This is a fantastic opportunity for recent or soon-to-be college graduates who are eager to launch a career in tech sales.  You’ll learn how to prospect, qualify, and build relationships with decision-makers at leading manufacturing and distribution companies.

    What You’ll Do

    + Research and identify potential customers in our target industries

    + Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce Bizowie ERP

    + Qualify outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales team

    + Collaborate closely with marketing and account executives to refine outreach strategies

    + Manage all prospecting activity in our CRM and track your pipeline

    + Learn the ERP software market and B2B sales process from the ground up

    What We’re Looking For

    + Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Comfortable making cold calls and following up persistently

    + Strong work ethic and attention to detail

    + Team player who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment

    + Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) preferred
