    FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Intake Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our client's team, a leader in home health care. This position is full-time, direct-hire, located onsite in Brooklyn.

     

    + Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p

    + Location: Brooklyn

    + Salary:

    + LPN: $41.68/hourly

    + RN: 100k/annually

     

    The Intake Nurse takes referrals and processes appropriate home care services.

    Requirements:

    + * Current NYS RN or LPN License

    + * CHHA experience

    + * Computer literacy; experience with Home Care Home Base required

    + * Excellent communication skills

    + * Highly organized, possess a strong attention to detail
