The position is responsible for administering an extensive leadership and volunteerism program to the WKU students. Programs include but are not limited to Dynamic Leadership Institute (DLI), Campus Ministries, Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), Midnight on the Hill, Alternative Breaks, Homecoming, Parent and Family weekend, etc.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership Programming:
+ Provide leadership for the Dynamic Leadership Institute (DLI)
+ Work with the content of DLI
+ Recruit and train facilitators for DLI
+ Present Leadership Trainings to various clients
Registered Student Organizations (RSO):
+ Facilitate the registration of RSOs
+ Maintain the Suitable Application for RSOs
+ Maintain RSO website
Volunteerism Programs
+ Advise Midnight on the Hill program
+ Coordinate Alternative Breaks
+ Coordinate VIP (Volunteers in Progress) program
Other Duties Assigned Can Include:
+ Homecoming Team
+ Parent and Family Weekend Team
+ Tailgate Team
+ Advise Campus Ministry Association
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ At least two years experience in collegiate, student life programming
Additional Information:
Salary Range: $37,000 - $42,000
