    _This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration.     _Rate: $55 - $64.50 / hr. w2_

    Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide **SailPoint IIQ support** for all IAM design, implementation, and maintenance activities, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SOD).

    + **Customize SailPoint IIQ** workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.

    + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ.

    + Conduct **business analysis** to implement and optimize application access requests and workflows across IAM.

    + Support **client access provisioning** , audit remediation, and Access Hub form creation or modification.

    + Ensure **revocations, certifications, and access reviews** are completed in alignment with corporate policy and service level objectives.

    + Partner with project teams to meet **internal deadlines** and deliver IAM process improvements that enhance automation and reduce risk.

    Experience Requirements:

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + **Bachelor’s degree** (required)

    + **5-10 years of IAM experience** with focus on **SailPoint IIQ**

    + Experience in **Cyber Security, Project Management, and Business Analysis**

    + Hands-on experience supporting IAM functions such as provisioning, certification, and SOD

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication and documentation abilities

    Required Tools & Technologies:

    + SailPoint IdentityIQ

    + Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

    + Jira

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelors degree and relevant work experience is required for this opportunity.

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
