V2X is seeking Program and Project Management professionals to provide Facilities and Technical support to our government customer in the DC Metro area, with potential for worldwide travel. Candidates for these roles must be highly qualified, possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum), and demonstrate commitment to ensuring safe, reliable, and resilient facilities as well as a superior service experience for all agency employees.
The Project Manager IV (Analyst - Interior Design / Space Planning) shall analyze and coordinate customers' global space requirements agency wide to ensure maximum utilization and efficient management of Defense Information Agency's (DIA's) space footprint.
Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for completion of tasks directly related to this scope.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
+ Gather enterprise space requirements utilizing relevant policies and processes.
+ Audit space use, document and report as-built and existing space conditions.
+ Under limited supervision, maintain space utilization data and facilities inventory on an automated or computerized system.
+ Responsible for planning, coordinating, and organizing the activities associated with all space-related moves across the global enterprise.
+ Contribute to furniture selection and specifications; propose finish options; draft reports for work consideration; plan blocking and stacking using AutoCAD; review design and construction reports and analyze cost options; and provide cost-effective options utilizing existing space allowances.
+ Assist leadership in identification of challenges, trends, and future space needs and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
Experience / Skills:
+ At least five to ten (5-10) years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, and Space Planning.
+ A Professional Engineer (PE) license, Registered Architect (RA) certification, or a National Council of Interior Design Qualification certification is highly desirable.
+ Knowledge and experience with various Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software tools such as ARCHIBUS, BUILDER, Maximo, etc.
+ Ability to understand and interpret floor plans / blueprints.
+ Basic knowledge of building codes.
+ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to coordinate & communicate effectively across all stakeholder engagements.
