V2X is seeking Program and Project Management professionals to provide Facilities and Technical support to our government customer in the DC Metro area, with potential for worldwide travel. Candidates for these roles must be highly qualified, possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum), and demonstrate commitment to ensuring safe, reliable, and resilient facilities as well as a superior service experience for all agency employees.

The Project Manager IV (Construction Manager) is a shared resource of the Program Management Office (PMO) to handle all field activities and day-to-day representation of the PMO on the construction site.

Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for completion of tasks directly related to this scope.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:

+ Inspects and monitors design-builder's requirements for compliance with the contract, codes, industry standards, and best practices.

+ Ensures that the client's requirements are being met in the field.

+ Coordinates with the Construction Manager (CM) and Government Contractor (GC) to integrate any other Government contracts (OGCs) and owner inspections, as well as final hand-off to the owner.

Qualifications

Experience / Skills:

+ Project Manager IV - at least five to eight (5-8) years of Management experience in a program of similar size and scope.

+ Project Manager V - at least 10-15 years of Management experience in a program of similar size and scope.

+ Shall have or be in the process of obtaining Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and Construction Quality Management - for Contractors (CQM-C) certifications.

+ Highly competent in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.

+ Knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices.
