V2X is seeking Program and Project Management professionals to provide Facilities and Technical support to our government customer in the DC Metro area, with potential for worldwide travel. Candidates for these roles must be highly qualified, possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum), and demonstrate commitment to ensuring safe, reliable, and resilient facilities as well as a superior service experience for all agency employees.
The Project Manager III (Resource Management / Financial / Budget Analyst / Audit Support) is responsible for analyzing project and financial data to ensure compliance with documented directives, instructions, policies and procedures. Duties also include supporting Defense Information Agency's (DIA's) Office of Facilities Financial Statement Audit and Internal Controls program.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required for Financial Analyst / Audit Support.
Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for completion of tasks directly related to this scope.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
+ Monitor and report status and financial management activities such as budget planning, formulation and execution.
+ Processing of funding allocations and funds control management.
+ Analyze data to keep abreast of program compliance and performance operations.
+ Serve as a member of a team to assist in developing appropriate solutions to complex issues and problems identified.
+ Provide technical advice in analyzing ongoing and future program funding needs, as well as guidance on financial issues.
+ Assist the Government in developing Statements of Work (SOWs), cost estimates, facility technical proposals, move-add-change requirements, AutoCAD drawings, Gantt Charts, or project schedules for various facility projects.
+ Analyze project and financial data to ensure compliance with documented directives, instructions, policies, and procedures.
+ Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete to support asset valuation and financial reporting.
+ Assist in developing and monitoring corrective action plans to remediate control deficiencies.
+ Track process improvement activities, defining dependencies (e.g., systems), links to internal controls, and resource dependencies;
+ Support the development of reporting metrics with assistance from subject matter experts to determine whether solutions or process improvements are implemented.
Qualifications
Experience / Skills:
+ Proficient in government program and budget formation and execution.
+ Experience in constructing Financial Asset Valuations for capital and expense projects / assets.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), MS Project, ARCHIBUS, and ServiceNow's Project Portfolio Management.
+ Demonstrated effectiveness in professional communications, both verbal and written.
