Job Description
Our client is hiring an Account Opening Specialist that will provide exceptional service for internal and external clients This position is responsible for ensuring that new client accounts are opened accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. They will work side by side with the Client Service Specialist(s) to onboard all deposit accounts as well as any deposit account maintenance that may be needed.
Responsibilities may include:
1. Work with the Client Service Specialist(s) to open deposit accounts for clients and prepare all necessary documents for clients signatures.
2. Ensure the required documentation for new deposit account(s) is received and accurate.
3. Perform client maintenance request related to deposit accounts and client records.
4. Assist the Client Service Specialist to identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experience.
5. Input and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
6. Foster a culture of partnership and collaboration with internal business partners to drive consistent communication and alignment.
7. Identity cross sale opportunities to appropriate line of business partners.
8. Adhere to, or improve, performance in regard to meeting Service Level Agreement standards.
9. Special Handle urgent requests with a high degree of accuracy and quick turnaround time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients within assigned market vertical and take ownership of completion of request.
• Foster a culture of partnership and collaboration with internal business partners to drive consistent communication and alignment.
• Liaise and advocate on behalf of the client and ensure a continuation of care when additional internal expert involvement is needed.
• Identity cross sale opportunities to appropriate line of business partners.
