    About the Project

     

    This is a high-visibility, enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiative focused on annual external penetration testing across all devices, applications, and software within VUMC, including clinical operations, research, and health systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate all aspects of the penetration testing project, including calendar management, logistics, and stakeholder communication.

     

    Support project leads in planning and execution.

     

    Maintain project timelines and deliverables using tools such as Planview, SmartSheets, and MS Project.

     

    Prepare and deliver status updates to executive leadership, including C-suite, VPs, and board members.

     

    Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.

     

    Ensure timely completion of project milestones and risk mitigation plans.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in related field

     

    3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT

     

    Proficiency with project management tools (Planview, MS Project, SmartSheets).

     

    Experience with Agile project methodologies.

     

    Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

     

    Experience supporting projects involving third-party vendors or external security assessments preferred. Cyber Security Knowledge and Support

    Healthcare experience
