• Maintenance Manager

    Insight Global (Buford, GA)


    Job Description

    • Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for plant operations

    • Manage PM schedules and ensure timely completion

    • Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, motors/drives, downstream equipment, chillers, etc.)

    • Maintain spare parts inventory and order components as needed

    • Manage CMMS performance and compliance

    • Lead and develop maintenance team (currently 1 person, expanding to 2)

    • Work with vendors for equipment installation and outsourced labor

    • Handle some facilities maintenance and vendor coordination

    • Support continuous improvement projects and capital investment opportunities

    • Ensure safety compliance (Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, PPE)

    Skills and Requirements

    • 10+ years of maintenance experience

    • 5+ years of management experience

    • Ability to troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs (programming experience preferred)

    • Ability to troubleshoot Fanuc robots (ideal: touch-up teaching)

    • Experience with both mechanical and electrical systems

    • High school diploma required; technical training/certifications preferred

    • Experience managing spare parts inventory and ordering

    • Strong leadership and ability to work within established guidelines
