Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a life insurance and annuities client in Des Moines, IA. This individual will be supporting the integration team sitting between two development groups ensuring connection. They will be involved in working with both the business and technical team communications to support a number of upcoming projects. Ideally, this individual will have experience with life insurance and annuity products, as well as integration experience. This candidate will be compensated at an hourly rate starting at $55/HR.

Skills and Requirements

Life insurance/annuity background, specifically the ability to understand lifecycle of a product

Experience with technical teams and translating to Jira cards

Identify scope creep

Capture business requirements and technical requirements

Identify technical test cases and business test cases

Help create system and process documentation Integration experience or development background
