    Job Description

    Overview

    We are looking for a Senior Manager of Self-Service Solutions to manage a team of engineers and drive hands-on development efforts for integrated systems and web applications. This role combines leadership with technical expertise to ensure successful delivery of cloud migration and modernization projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers.

    • Drive hands-on development and architecture for self-service solutions.

    • Lead efforts to migrate legacy applications to cloud environments (AWS).

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

    • Implement best practices for software engineering and architecture.

     

    PR: $70-$75/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Technical Expertise:

     

    o Strong software engineering background (microservices, RESTful APIs, AWS).

     

    o Experience with MySQL (versions 5 & 8), Amdocs.

     

    o Proficiency in multiple programming languages: JavaScript, React, PHP, Node.js.

     

    • Leadership:

     

    o Team management experience with ability to be hands-on when needed. Additional:

     

    o Experience with web portals and web applications.

     

    o Familiarity with legacy application modernization.
