    About the Role:

    Responsible for supervising associates and managing the operational workflow of Treasury Management and Deposit AccountServicesset-upandsupport, with a specific focus on public deposits and tribal accounts.Ensuringservice level agreements (SLAs) are met and departmental procedures are followed to uphold bank audit and compliance standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to recommend and communicate process improvements that enhance efficiency across the department.

     

    + Provides leadershipto CommercialClient and Treasury Management service and support team.

    + Manages staffing responsibilities including hiring, performance planning, compensation administration, positive and corrective counseling, and associate satisfaction (with the support of a higher-level manager).

    + Acts as primary liaison between large corporate commercial customers and operations support personnel.

    + Assists internal and external customers with complex operational questions and resolves issues related to Treasury Management and Deposit product offerings.

    + Develops andoverseesproject plans of diverse scope.

    + Managescompliance training for the department andensuresquality service goals for the department are met.

    + May perform sales assistance in the absence of sales officers.

    + Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.

    + Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.

    + Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.

    + May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

    + Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words.

    + Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.

    + May perform other duties as assigned.

    About** **You:

    + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

    + 2-4 yearsof relevant treasury management and banking operations experience.Required

    + 2-4 yearsof management/supervisory experience.Required

    + Strong relationship management and operational abilities, analytical andproblem solvingskills, and project management skills.

    + Knowledge of treasury management products and services that result in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to cross-sell the bank’s products.

    + Proven track record of success and skills in treasury management operations.

    + Knowledge of treasury management policies, procedures, practices and documentation.

    + Proven ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

    + Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.

    + Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word and Excel, and other business machines.

    + Ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present.

    We offer a competitive total rewards package including basewagesand comprehensive benefits. Thepayrange for this role is$68,000.00 - $95,000.00, and the pay rate for theselected candidate isdependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The rolemay beeligible for performance-based incentivecompensationand those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
