    **The community you'll be caring for:** AdventHealth North Pinellas

    The role you'll contribute:

    Performs general maintenance and preventive maintenance per Hospital policy. General Knowledge of air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, electrical distribution and systems, boiler and boiler water testing/treatment, Life Safety equipment, Oxygen, Medical Air, Nitrogen Systems and Emergency Generator Operator. Performs Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Work Requests as assigned and required reports in timeframe set by Policies & Procedures. Assigned as "On-Call" Mechanic on a rotational basis.

    Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and repairs throughout the Hospital

     

    Responsible for building maintenance of all satellite offices to include Palm Harbor Emergency Department

     

    Cooling Towers Testing and Treatment

     

    Maintain Water Softener salt levels, maintenance and settings

     

    General Maintenance, operations and treatment of boilers

     

    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Life Safety Systems

     

    On a Scheduled basis covers On-Call during off shift for emergency repairs

     

    Conduct Roundings of all On-Line Equipment to include recording of pressures, temperatures and the understanding of out of parameter readings and whom to report to.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    High School Grad or Equiv or GED

    2 Related Experience

     

    Driver's License (DL) Valid Florida State License
