    About the Role

     

    As a Composite Fabrication Specialist, you will support high-quality composite manufacturing operations, contributing directly to the fabrication of critical aircraft structures. Your work will help ensure safety, reliability, and performance across major aerospace programs.     What You’ll Do

    + Perform **composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly** tasks using established instructions and drawings.

    + Complete **composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding** processes.

    + Conduct **tooling preparation** and ensure tools and materials are production-ready.

    + Set up and operate various composite fabrication machines.

    + Safely operate **overhead cranes** to move materials and components.

    + Follow detailed work instructions and quality requirements to produce consistent, high-precision composite parts.

    + Maintain regular and reliable attendance to meet production and program goals.

    Required Qualifications

    + Experience in **composite fabrication** .

    + Proficiency in **machine operations** .

    + Ability to follow detailed work instructions.

    + Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings** .

    + High school diploma or GED. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience operating **overhead cranes** .

    + Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

    Position Details:

    + **Job Type:** Full-time, 6-month contract with possible extension

    + **Location:** West Jordan, UT

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 4/10 schedule (1st & 2nd shift availability)

    + **Pay Rate Starting at:** $22.53 to $30 per hour

    **Pay Details:** $22.53 to $30.00 per hour
