    **Position:** Exterior Finisher / Painter

    **Type:** Full-Time, Contract

    **Location:** Tucson, AZ

    **Pay Rate:** $34 – $40/hr

     

    Role Overview

     

    As an Exterior Finisher / Painter, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every aircraft looks and performs at its best. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and safety of high-end business jets, shaping the visual and functional excellence that defines our client’s reputation in aviation.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    + Prepare aircraft surfaces and components for painting

    + Apply primer, topcoat, and final finishes

    + Polish and inspect surfaces to ensure flawless results

    + Install sealant and erosion tape

    + Document all work according to manuals and regulatory standards

    + Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times

    Qualifications

    + 1+ year painting experience (aviation, automotive, or marine)

    + Vocational training or equivalent experience

    + Pulmonary Function test clearance for respirator use

    + Basic PC skills and ability to read engineering drawings

    + Knowledge of hazardous materials handling

    + Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

    **Pay Details:** $34.00 to $40.00 per hour
