Job Summary:

Primary duty is SMT trolley set up only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Must be able to read, follow and understand detailed and complex work instructions.

+ Must be able to work with your hands, all day, with dexterity.

+ Must be able to stand at a workstation all day.

+ Must be able to put parts on feeders, and then on the trolley in the correct slots.

+ Must learn to troubleshoot equipment and tape issues.

+ Must perform “splicing” of parts together in the correct format.

+ Fill out paperwork and sign off on all required areas, legibly.

+ Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.

+ Ability to work on repetitive tasks with repetitive motions daily.

+ Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.

+ Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy.

+ Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently.

+ Must verify (audit) the work of others.

+ Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance.

+ Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately.

+ Must be able to stand at a workstation all day.

+ Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.

Qualifications

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

+ Must be mechanically inclined.

+ Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.

+ Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
