A Typical Day
We are seeking a results-oriented leader to own the implementation of artificial intelligence projects within our mortgage fulfillment division. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between data science and operations, managing the AI project lifecycle from concept to deployment. You will be the key driver in integrating AI tools to automate complex tasks, reduce risk, and create tangible efficiencies in processing, underwriting, and closing.
The Executive VP Mortgage Fulfillment will :
+ Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI and machine learning solutions across the mortgage fulfillment lifecycle (processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing).
+ Partner with operational leaders and data science teams to translate complex business problems into scalable AI-driven workflows that automate document classification, data extraction, and decisioning support.
+ Manage the AI project roadmap for fulfillment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and turn times.
+ Champion the adoption of new AI tools, drive user acceptance testing, and develop KPIs to monitor the performance and ROI of deployed models.
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ 7+ years of relevant work experience
+ Strategic & Tactical Planning, People Management, Management Reporting, Technical Understanding & Leadership, Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Technical Writing, Process Improvement, Project Management, Change Management, Managing Processes Performance, Developing Procedures/Job Aids/Tools, Dealing with Complexity, Problem Solving
+ Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
+ Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
