    **Salary Range:** $23.03 – $34.59/hour (based on collective bargaining agreement)

    About the Role

     

    As a **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** , you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality, compassionate care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Your work will directly impact lives every day, helping patients feel safe, supported, and cared for during their most vulnerable moments.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide **direct patient care** as delegated by the RN within CNA licensure scope.

    + Perform essential technical skills: CPR, vital signs, fluid intake/output, dressing changes, and more.

    + Assist patients with **personal care** : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration.

    + Support mobility: help patients walk, exercise, and move safely.

    + Maintain unit supplies and provide clerical support as needed.

    + Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Education:** Graduate of an accredited CNA program.

    + **Licensure:** Certified Nursing Assistant – Washington State; Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.

    + **Experience:** 1 year in an acute care setting preferred.

    + **Skills:** Compassionate, organized, adaptable, and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
