Astor Services is excited to announce the expansion of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to the Bronx. We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to lead this dynamic new team and help shape the future of our services.

As a PHP Supervisor, you will:
+ Play a pivotal role in building and leading a multidisciplinary team.
+ Provide clinical and administrative supervision to the team.
+ Manage daily program operations and the therapeutic milieu.
+ Oversee referrals and the intake process.
+ Conduct intakes.
+ Represent Astor Services in community partnerships.
+ Ensure quality service delivery through the use of data.
+ Support the clinicians by rotating on-call supervisory coverage responsibilities within the PHP supervisory team.

Requirements
You must have:
+ New York licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMHC-D, PhD, or PsyD) with relevant experience in child, adolescent, and family therapy, as well as mental health crisis intervention. Prior supervisory experience a plus.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
