    This position monitors shared email inboxes in support of the DVS Administration, Finance and Data Services sections. This position administers all customer data requests and assists with the production and distribution of customer data jobs and electronic access requests to the MNDRIVE DVS database. Further responsibilities include timely routing of vendor invoices submitted to the Finance section. This position also provides ad hoc administrative support to the DVS Administration department.

    _**Hybrid Eligible:** Employees may telework up to 50% or more, depending on the position and the needs of the division. Employees who live 50 miles or more from their permanent work location may be allowed to telework more than 50% with approval from the division director._

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Computer skills sufficient to access data from complex IT systems.

    + Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous and accurate information to a variety of customers in person, on the phone and through email and other written correspondence.

    + English oral and written language skills sufficient to communicate to a variety of customers on the phone, via email and other written correspondence.

    + Ability to use Microsoft Office products or equivalent software sufficient to create, format and apply the basic fundamentals of word documents.

    + Data entry skills sufficient to accurately enter data into a database.

    + Ability to work cooperatively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Graduate of one of the following public sector training programs: Project for Pride in Living, HIRED, Goodwill Easter Seals, Twin Cities Rise, Takoda, Hmong American Partnership, CLUES or similar Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) sponsored workforce development programs.

    + Possess a working knowledge of the statutory requirements of the Minnesota Data Practices Act.

    + Knowledge of State of Minnesota procurement and accounting systems: SWIFT, supplier and vendor portals, etc.

    + Experience leveraging information systems to research questions and independently find solutions.

    Physical Requirements

    Requires occasionally moving and transporting such articles as file folders and small tools. May need to maintain a stationary position for long periods of time while carrying out job duties.
