Collaborate with design teams during the final stages of ASIC development. Validate and optimize the design for testability and manufacturability. Develop and execute NPI plans, including test and validation strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful tape-out and transition to production. Oversee the production ramp-up process. Monitor yield, quality, and performance metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues. Implement process improvements to enhance yield and reduce defects. Coordinate with foundries, assembly and ATE test partners. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Position requires:

1. CMOS ASIC fab process and test knowledge.

2. Analytical skills including ability to problem solve and debug manufacturing related issues related to fab process, test, or design marginality.

3. ASICs in embedded system products.

4. Semiconductor quality and process controls.

5. Failure analysis techniques.

6. Statistical data analysis skills.

7. Proper and effective use of lab test equipment.
