Overview
As part of the Data & Tech commercial practice, the SVP, Commercial Solutions NA will be responsible to partner with Global Client teams, New business teams, Commercial teams, Agency & Solutions teams in building and negotiating commercial proposals on New Business, Key Groupe Clients and priority PM Clients.
The role includes oversight of various platforms & capabilities such as Growth OS, Connected ID, Core AI, DSAI work, Performance Products (all part of Connected Media), as well as Production and Creative DTT capabilities.
Responsibilities
+ Guardian of the implementation of DTT Global Strategy in NA growth opportunities across New business, Key Group Clients and priority PM Clients opportunities
+ Lead the development and selling of performance-based commercial models for new business across/led by NA, leveraging data, technology, and platform capabilities in partnership with Solutions, Commercial and New Business teams
+ Identify and lead growth opportunities across Key Groupe Clients and priority PM Clients, tied to clear business outcomes and monetization potential in partnership with Solutions, Commercial and Client teams
+ Develop case studies and commercial storytelling that showcase the performance impact of Publicis' platforms and solutions on client business outcomes, via measurable efficiency and effectiveness KPIs and revenue uplift modelling.
+ Create and codify repeatable frameworks, and narratives to accelerate the commercialization of our platforms & capabilities and elevate solutions selling across Publicis Groupe
+ Serve as commercial subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives, new business pitches, client-related requirements and go-to-market strategies.
+ Provide guidance and oversight on contract negotiations and commercial constructs, ensuring scalable pricing strategies and compliance with regional and local legal frameworks
+ Own & cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
+ Share insights & learnings across client briefs, regions; escalate any gap
+ Share best practices and train the commercial community, as well as participate in the broader organisation upskill.
Qualifications
+ 12+ years of experience in a related function
+ Trusted commercial strategist with deep understanding of media, data, and technology sectors. Production & Creative previous exposure is a plus.
+ Proven track record in designing and closing commercial deals, including client facing negotiation.
+ Expert at simplifying complex commercial constructs through packaging, balance in technical language used, always protecting the Groupe exposure
+ Adept at balancing innovation and scalability in commercial constructs.
+ Skilled collaborator able to work across matrixed global organizations and influence at the highest levels.
+ Passionate about solving complex client challenges with creativity, clarity, and a performance mindset.

Compensation Range: $180,215 - $288,996 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
