The Role: Clinical Supervisor I
As a Clinical Supervisor I, you will be a cornerstone of our ambulatory practice. In partnership with the Clinic Administrator, you will:
+ Lead and coordinate clinical operations, ensuring alignment with NHMG (Novant Health Medical Group) goals.
+ Organize and oversee the clinical environment to deliver outstanding patient care.
+ Supervise a team of up to 9 FTEs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
+ Serve as a clinical leader — you’ll assess, plan, delegate, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with physicians, patients, and their support systems.
+ Use evidence-based practice and compassion to guide care delivery and support team members.
+ Hold yourself accountable for quality, safety, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred.
+ Experience: At least 2 years of RN experience; supervisory or leadership experience is a strong plus.
+ Licensure: Current RN license in the appropriate state is required.
+ Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computers is also needed.

What We're Looking For
+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
+ Experience: Two years of nursing experience, required. One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
+ Additional Skills (required): Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and training.
