    Join our team as Front Lobby Attendant (General Service) to safely provide service on day-to-day tasks to meet the needs of residents.

     

    + Greeting residents, staff, and guests.

    + Assisting residents in and out of vehicles.

    + Help residents with luggage and groceries.

    + Guide venders, contractors, and delivery personnel.

    + Directing outdoor vehicle traffic.

    + Supporting other staff members and departments as needed.

    + Periodically park vehicles for guests.

    What we offer

    + Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour to $20.00.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

    + 401k for all employees 18 and over. Company contribution up to 3% once eligible.

    How you will make an impact

    + Concierge services to answer phone call requests from residents (no contact required)

    + Onsite meal delivery to resident apartments (no contact required)

    + Mail/newspaper delivery to resident apartments (no contact required)

    + Works with other team members to find creative ways to keep residents engaged during isolation

    + Trash removal (no contact required)

    + Dog walking (no contact required)

    + Supporting virtual visits for residents to communicate with loved ones as visitation is challenged by social isolation.

    What you will need

    + Computer skills and keyboard competency preferred

    + Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
