This position reports to the Senior Manager and is part of the Global FP&A team located in Brea, California and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Support shared services and global financial planning, reporting and forecasting processes, including coordination with global finance teams and DHR corporate stakeholders. Support cross-functional projects to resolve operational challenges, including ad hoc analysis, root cause investigation, and implementation of system or process improvements in collaboration with key stakeholders. Serving as a trusted financial advisor to Diagnostic platform leadership, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance, drive efficiency, and mitigate financial risks
+ Drive process improvements using DBS to enhance operational efficiency, and integrate financial data, research, and trend analysis into solutions to strengthen global financial forecasting and analytics. Provide financial guidance and mentorship to team members and business partners to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across deliverables.
+ Partnering with functional leaders across the Dx platform, translating financial data and delivering actionable insights to drive accountability and operational excellence. Collaborating across Diagnostic platform functions to support strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis to guide investment decisions. Benchmarks across Diagnostics OpCos and other DHR OpCos to drive optimal performance. Leading the annual budgeting process for the Diagnostic platform, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, financial targets and stakeholder expectations
+ Managing monthly reporting and forecasting processes, including commentary, performance tracking and data-driven insights on CVDs/KPIs to drive results and achieve targets
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Minimum 9 years of progressive finance experience in planning, financial analysis, and reporting with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; or 7+ years with a Master's degree.
+ Proficient in financial systems and tools, such as OAS/OBI, Power BI, ERP systems (Oracle a plus), OneStream, and BPC/EPM, and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
+ Strong communicator (oral, written, and presentation) and collaborator, with experience presenting to executives and influencing cross-functional teams globally
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, deliver accurate results under tight deadlines, and address financial issues independently
+ Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization and respond effectively to shifting priorities and business needs
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Not applicable for role
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Working with data warehouse and financial consolidation tools such as SAP-BPC and OneStream.
+ The clinical diagnostics sector, or a similar industry, with an understanding of its business dynamics and financial processes

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
