The Senior Manager, Performance Partnership Delivery is responsible for leading a high-impact consulting team that partners directly with health system customers to improve operational performance, deliver measurable hard cost savings, and drive sustained continuous improvement across the laboratory enterprise. This role ensures successful execution of complex, enterprise-level projects by applying Danaher Business System (DBS) tools, optimizing workflow, and strengthening customer financial outcomes.
This position reports to the Director, Performance Partnership Discovery and Delivery and is part of the Performance Partnership organization and is located in USA-Remote to support customers across the United States.
Essential duties and responsibilities
+ Lead and manage the PP Delivery consulting team, ensuring projects are properly scoped, executed on time, and deliver guaranteed hard cost savings for customers.
+ Drive enterprise-level process improvement strategies using DBS tools to eliminate waste, optimize workflow, and sustain financial impact across complex health systems.
+ Coach, mentor, and develop Consultants and Sr. Consultants, ensuring high performance, strong customer engagement, and DBS skill development.
+ Partner with customers to redesign operations, implement continuous improvement plans, and secure sign-off on hard cost savings at project completion.
+ Identify new savings opportunities beyond the initial assessment and lead implementation to drive additional financial outcomes.
+ Establish customer KPIs, manage visual performance systems (e.g., bowlers), and validate results through data analysis (including LIS data).
+ Collaborate with PP Sales/Engagement teams in pre-sale strategy, executive presentations, SOW development, and delivery roadmap planning.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, lab operations, or consulting, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
+ Demonstrated ability to consult and influence at the C-Suite level across large, complex health systems; skilled in identifying root causes and driving cost-reduction KPIs.
+ Strong lab operations expertise, including test menu optimization, hub-and-spoke design, inventory and blood management, and productivity methodologies.
+ Proven success leading enterprise-wide cost savings initiatives and managing large-scale transformation projects in healthcare environments.
+ Advanced communication, presentation, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
+ Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities with the ability to assess operations from a general-manager perspective.
+ Ability to travel 50–75%, with proficiency in core software tools and experience applying DBS or Lean methodologies across functions.

The annual salary range for this role is $165,000 - $185,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
