**Commitment incentive** : $7,500 will be paid over a three-year period in three (3) equal installments (12 months, 24 months, and 36 months. Payment will be treated as taxable income and directly deposited in your paycheck.

Position Summary:

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will provide high-quality clinical and administrative support to transplant patients and the multidisciplinary transplant team. This role requires compassion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and preparation for clinic visits.

+ Coordinate clinic floe with the direction of the clinic nurse

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

+ Facilitate communication between patients, families, and the transplant team.

+ Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

+ Manage inventory of clinical supplies and assist with medication reconciliation.

+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.

Qualifications:

+ Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) through an accredited program.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

+ Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; transplant or specialty care experience preferred.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
