    ARS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler to provide support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBD), Theater Battle Control Division.

     

    The Theater Battle Control Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Air Control, Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.

     

    This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include, but not limited to:

    + Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO

    + Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)

    + Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success

    + Support requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results

    + Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management

    + Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result

    + Other Duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    **Citizenship:** Must be a US citizen

    **Clearance:** Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance

    **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline

    **Years of Experience:** 10+ years of experience, with at least five years supporting DoD programs and Advanced understanding of scheduling tools to include Microsoft Project

     

    The expected annual salary range: $125k - $135K. Salary is dependent upon the role, associated responsibilities, candidates experience and qualifications to include education/training and key skills.
