What you’ll do:
+ This position works closely with the coordinators, nurses, and providers. Select responsibilities include participating in patient care rounds, providing order verification and drug information services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for the programs and organization, overseeing and/or managing medication therapy proactively participating in quality improvement initiatives, and precepting PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents, among other responsibilities.

What you’ll need for this job:
+ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
+ Residency: PGY1 Pharmacy Practice - General (Preferred), PGY2 Residency - Specialty (Preferred)
+ IL state licensure as a Pharmacist
+ Preferred: Board Certified in Specialty Area
+ Preferred: BLS (Basic Life Support)

Pay Range: $109,304 to $180,336 per year
_Actual compensation will fall within the range_ _but_ _may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
