The Team
We are seeking a Territory Manager Operations join American Tower’s Network Operations team. The Network Operations team monitors and maintains the Company’s U.S. Tower division assets, supporting the frontline representation in the field and strategic programs. Day to day you will maintain regulatory compliance and safety through labor management, productivity, and financials for a portfolio of tower, rooftop, broadcast and fiber-based assets. As a Territory Manager, you will partner cross-functionally to ensure we are providing exceptional customer service and make sound decisions around the care and maintenance of our assets.
What You Need to Succeed
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields such as telecom, site/property management, field operations, or project management required.
+ A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
+ Approximately 40% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
+ Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
+ Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.

Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, certifications, job level, and location. For U.S.-based candidates only, the base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually, with eligibility for annual bonus, and annual equity award and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). For candidates outside of the U.S., salary and benefits are based upon local market practice.

What You Can Offer Us
+ Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to execute goals and objectives for your respective territory.
+ Manage all maintenance matters for assigned geographic area per ATC standard of care guidelines; prioritize budget to address accordingly. Responsible for repair and maintenance forecasting and reporting.
+ Ensure proper preparation/response in emergency events, working closely with the NOC and other applicable departments.
+ Conduct periodic training in support of compliance and other training initiatives as required, ensuring personnel are current on all learning plans. Provide technical support and training to subordinates, peers, and other work groups.
+ Audit operations-centric data in applicable internal systems.
+ Manage internal and outsourced resources for labor, materials, and equipment.
+ As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for the recruitment, performance management and career development of Field Operation Technicians. You’ll also be expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet our business objectives.
+ Approximately 40% of time role will be performed outside conventional office environment.
+ Other duties as assigned.
