Our client, a leading organization in customer service solutions, is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Solutions Representative
**Location:** Boise, ID
**Pay Range:** $18.11 hourly
What's the Job?
+ Validate customer entitlement and log cases for routing or dispatching end-users to appropriate resources
+ Monitor service events through to completion ensuring compliance standards are met
+ Manage customer service requests across various access channels
+ Review customer feedback related to entitlement and case management, and analyze related statistics
+ Lead process or quality improvement projects and document procedural changes
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
+ Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
+ Superior verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience in customer-facing roles, either remote or face-to-face
+ Proficiency with internal processes, tools, and computer technology
