    Position Purpose:

    The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safety and security operations of a facility or organization. They manage a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with safety protocols, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to incidents or emergencies. Their role includes conducting regular inspections, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary, and maintaining detailed reports on security activities. They also play a key part in training staff, enforcing access control, and implementing security policies to protect people, property, and information.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Work closely with security manager to manage production, staffing, performance, schedules, and cleanliness levels.

    + Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the department.

    + Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.

    + Assist with investigations of theft, accidents, and employee issues.

    + Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections.

    + Prepare and conduct training for new hires.

    + Effectively lead and delegate to department associates.

    + Coordinate and effectively communicate daily with security manager.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement process.

    + Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

     

    Work Experience: 3 - 5 Years

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must be able to work in all types of temperatures.

    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.

    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information.

    • Microsoft Office experience is required.

    • Prior supervisory experience is required.

    • Prior security or law enforcement experience is required.

    • Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
