    Our client, a leading organization in healthcare services, is seeking a **Transportation Contact Center Specialist** to join their team. As a Transportation Contact Center Specialist, you will be part of the Member & Provider Services Department, supporting member satisfaction and efficient transportation benefit management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Transportation Contact Center Specialist

    **Location:** Alexandria, MN

    **Pay Range:** $20/hour

    **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Respond to incoming member inquiries regarding transportation benefits and issues with professionalism and accuracy.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health programs, products, and guidelines to ensure accurate information dissemination.

    + Document all calls and contacts clearly and concisely, adhering to department standards.

    + Research and resolve member issues promptly, referring unresolved matters to appropriate departments when necessary.

    + Identify issues related to grievances or appeals and follow proper procedures accordingly.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or clerical roles.

    + Associate's degree or higher.

    + Proficiency in typing, telecommunications, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Office.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve member issues.
