Responsible for supervising administrative support staff and providing advanced professional staff assistance for supported leadership. Creates and maintains complex team member schedules.
+ Supervises administrative support staff.
+ Provides coordination and support for Programs.
+ Develops and maintains information systems, including databases, electronic files, and websites.
+ Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, and travel.
+ Creates and assists with memos, letters of correspondence, charts, and other information for the executive.
+ Performs special projects as requested.
+ In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
**Education:** High School Graduate or Equivalent Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
**Experience:** 3 years or relevant supervisory experience required.
**Licensure:** None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods and repetitive motion: computer keyboard. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs.
Position Compensation Range: $19.50 - $38.99 Hourly
