**Job Title:** Valve Automation Center Integration Manager
+ Compliance & Safety Assurance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and internal compliance requirements.
+ Establish Valve Automation Center: Lead the setup and commissioning of a dedicated valve automation facility, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and operational goals.
+ Develop Supply Chain Strategy: Design and implement a robust supply chain for valve automation components, including sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.
+ Create Operational Framework: Define processes, workflows, and quality standards to enable efficient valve automation integration and delivery.
+ Team Readiness & Training: Prepare operations teams through structured training programs, technical documentation, and hands-on workshops to ensure readiness for execution.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline integration and resolve technical or supply challenges.
+ Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
+ Degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Experience in valve automation, process control, or related engineering fields.
+ Familiarity with industrial valves (ball, butterfly, globe, etc.) and actuators (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic).
+ Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
