    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality printing and packaging solutions, is seeking a Machine Operator (3rd Shift) to join their dedicated team. As a Machine Operator I, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the press operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title: Machine Operator** (3rd Shift)

    **Location:** St Petersburg, FL

    **Pay Range:** $18.40

    **Shift:** Sunday-Thursday 10pm - 6am

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist the Press Operator to meet production, quality, and safety goals

    + Inspect materials and products for defects, ensuring conformance to specifications

    + Perform product changeovers and prepare components for the next production run

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine and surrounding area

    + Support corporate programs such as 5S, ISO, SMED, Preventive Maintenance, Sustainability, and GMP

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to read, understand, and follow schedules, instructions, and job tickets

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

    + Good organizational and prioritization skills

    + Physical ability to handle materials, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical activities such as walking, stooping, and balancing
