Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Compliance Administrator to join their team. As a Logistics Compliance Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Inventory Control & Logistics department supporting regional logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Logistics Compliance Administrator
**Location:** Jacksonville, Florida
Pay Range: $20-25
Shift: 9AM - 6PM
What's the Job?
+ Engage in direct communication with 3PL providers, warehouses, and global logistics teams regarding daily logistics and inventory activities.
+ Manage, organize, and create standardized documentation for incoming shipments, including collecting and archiving commercial shipping documents from vendors.
+ Maintain accurate daily shipment status and tracking reports for incoming materials.
+ Prepare and send broker instructions, including ISF, entry instructions, and post-entry updates, ensuring timely and precise communication.
+ Conduct daily CF7501 entry reviews to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, customer service, warehouse management, or inventory control.
+ Prior experience in logistics, customs brokerage, or trade compliance is a plus.
+ Understanding of Incoterms and the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high reliability and integrity.
