    Our client, a manufacturing and industrial services provider, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** Clearwater, FL

    **Pay Range:** $25

    **Shift:** 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform maintenance and repair of production machinery, warehouse systems, and building infrastructure

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

    + Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance

    + Perform welding, fabrication, and installation tasks as needed

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding skills

    + Ability to troubleshoot and repair various machinery and electrical systems

    + Strong knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

    + Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
