**Position:** Senior HR Generalist – Spanish bilingual
**Location:** Motley, MN
**Pay Range:** $59,280 – $80,000
What You’ll Do:
+ Be the go-to HR partner for operations teams—drive policy administration and implement programs that matter
+ Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and craft accurate, compelling job descriptions
+ Own the hiring process: post jobs, recruit, interview, and select top talent
+ Lead onboarding and training initiatives to set employees up for success
+ Maintain accurate employee records and handle exit interviews with professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
+ **Experience:** 3+ years in HR, including 2+ years in Employee Relations and Policy administration
+ **Language Skills:** English and Spanish proficiency, must be able to read, write, and speak
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
