    Our client, an industry leader in data solutions and cloud services, is seeking a Software Database Engineer to join their team. As a Software Database Engineer, you will be part of the Data Engineering Department supporting the Data Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Software Database Engineer

    **Location:** Redmond, WA - Remote - Prefers PST located candidate

     

    Pay Range: $61.88 - $68.08 on Experis W2(Benefits and PTO)

    Hard skills:

    1. Minimum 8 years' experience with Strong proficiency in SQL, Kusto, Azure Synapse, DAX, M (Power Query), python, and Power BI.

    2. Minimum 8 years' experience with Agile methodology.

    3. Minimum 2 years' experience with Development of AI productivity tools (ex. Copilot studio)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.

    + Assemble large, complex datasets from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.

    + Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency.

    + Develop analytical tools to generate business insights.

    + Create dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum 8 years of experience with SQL, Kusto, Azure Synapse, DAX, M (Power Query), Python, and Power BI.

    + At least 8 years of experience working within Agile methodologies.

    + Minimum 2 years of experience developing AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot studio).

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Relevant certifications or degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
