Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision components, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift

**Location:** Hamilton, OH

**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Shift:** Monday through Thursday, 6am-4pm, with overtime on Fridays

What's the Job?

+ Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications

+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

+ Read and interpret CNC prints and technical documentation with precision

+ Complete quality forms, inspection reports, and documentation accurately

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

+ 1–5 years of experience operating CNC machines or similar equipment

+ Proficiency in reading CNC prints and understanding tolerances to .000

+ Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

+ Familiarity with machine controls and basic troubleshooting skills

+ High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred
