    Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Weekend Shift CNC Machinist to join their dynamic team. As a Weekend Shift CNC Machinist, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production team in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a passion for technical excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Weekend Shift CNC Machinist

    **Location:** Mead, CO

    **Pay Range: up to** $30/hour based on experience

    **Shift:** Friday–Sunday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Prepare job setups including building tools, fixturing, and material preparation according to programmer specifications

    + Coordinate with programmers on job progress and suggest potential improvements

    + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime

    + Load and unload CNC equipment and materials safely and accurately

    + Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist

    + Experience in the Aerospace field

    + Familiarity with machine shop tools, equipment, and quality instruments

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    + Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment

    + Willingness to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule
