Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst/Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Procurement Analyst/Associate, you will be an essential part of the procurement support department, assisting in managing access packages, data reports, and user requests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to operational excellence and inclusive culture.

**Job Title:** Procurement Analyst/Associate

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Approve or deny Coupa access packages within MyAccess platform to ensure proper user permissions.

+ Enter and update user profiles, including onboarding new users and maintaining existing profiles.

+ Review delegate reports and take appropriate actions to maintain compliance and accuracy.

+ Manage and analyze data reports generated from Coupa to support procurement operations.

+ Handle L2 Service tickets related to Coupa Access in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution.

+ Respond to user request emails for access packages, providing excellent customer service and support.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

+ Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

+ Familiarity with procurement policies, vendor compliance, and cost control practices.
