Our client, a leading life sciences and manufacturing organization, is seeking an Warehouse Operator to join their team. As an Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Logistics/Warehouse Department supporting material handling and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Operator
**Location:** Lenexa, KS
**Pay Range:** $20/hr + 10% night shift differential
What’s the Job?
+ Process receipt, put-away, retrieval, shipping, and cycle counting of raw and finished materials.
+ Support internal and external customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Operate warehouse equipment and maintain housekeeping/organization of the facility.
+ Assist with daily maintenance tasks and special projects as assigned by the Lead or Logistics Manager.
+ Work a consistent 2nd shift schedule (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next).
What’s Needed?
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 2+ years of warehouse experience (preferred) and ability to work 2nd shift.
+ Ability to obtain forklift certification and lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
+ Basic computer and math skills; ability to understand and speak English.
+ Must be able to pass an MVR check.
