    Our client, a leader in energy solutions supporting power generation, utilities, LNG, data centers, biopharma, and other markets, is seeking a Operations Support Manager to join their team. As a Operations Support Manager, you will be part of the Field Services department supporting project coordination and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Field Services Operations Support Manager

    **Location:** Jacksonville, FL

    Pay Range: $33-$38

    **Shift:** 8:00am - 5:00pm need flexibility

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and execute operations support for the Digital Field Services Department and related teams.

    + Manage startup, commissioning schedules, and warranty issue resolution tracking.

    + Oversee parts orders, logistics, and planned upgrades to existing facilities.

    + Support safety and quality documentation in compliance with SOP and regulations.

    + Assist in project financial tracking, invoicing, and proposal creation for field service activities.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience supporting field-focused construction or project management businesses.

    + **Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a technical field.**

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
