**Our client, a facility management service provider for a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, is seeking a Door Systems and Access Control Specialist to join their team.** As a Door Systems and Access Control Specialist, you will be part of the IFM department supporting facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
+ Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of door systems and access control hardware.
+ Install, configure, and maintain electronic access control components.
+ Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs as scheduled.
+ Support general maintenance activities such as minor repairs, patching/painting, and lighting maintenance.
+ Document work performed and communicate updates to management and partners.
What’s Needed?
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ Ability to diagnose and repair multiple door/gate systems and access control components.
+ Experience with brands such as Stanley, Dormakaba, Tormax, Chase, ASI, or Schlage.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a multi-skilled team environment.
+ Basic computer skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Word, Excel) and willingness to work occasional overtime or on-call.
