Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their dynamic production team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the assembly of high-quality automotive components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards, aligning successfully with the organization’s values and goals.

**Job Title:** Assembler

**Location:** Colonial Heights, VA

**Pay Range:** $17

**Shift:** 6am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday- some Fridays

What's the Job?

+ Assemble vehicle components, including body, engine, and interior parts, following work instructions and production guidelines.

+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery to perform assembly tasks efficiently.

+ Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

+ Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or inconsistencies in materials or workmanship.

+ Follow standardized work procedures and adhere to production schedules.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly is required

+ Ability to read and follow technical instructions.

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
