    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated shift General Laborer to join their team. As a shift General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** shift General Laborer

    **Location:** Palmyra, MO

     

    Pay Range: 15.25-16.05

     

    Shift:1st-3rd

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate one or two machines simultaneously to support production processes

    + Ensure products are properly packed or palletized for shipment

    + Monitor and maintain the correct functioning of machines during operation

    + Cut excess plastic from parts to meet quality standards

    + Assemble boxes and lift or stack filled product boxes for shipment

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion

    + Ability to stand for at least 8 hours during shifts

    + Willingness to work in a hot environment, especially during summer months

    + Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

    + Reliable and punctual work ethic
