Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join their team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be part of the Change & Project Management department supporting various business verticals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving organizational change, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Change Management Specialist
**Location:** Chicago, Illinois or Houston, TX
**Pay Range:** $50-$55/hr DOE plus benefits
What's the Job?
+ Create and execute detailed change management plans to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption
+ Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and develop strategies to mitigate risks
+ Guide cross-functional teams in transitioning from current to future business states
+ Build effective relationships with senior leaders and project teams, providing coaching and support
+ Lead change management interventions including communications, training, and engagement activities
What's Needed?
+ 5+ years of experience leading large-scale change management initiatives in complex organizations
+ Strong program and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
+ Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci®, CCMP) is a plus
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
